Coupon codes and promotional discounts are subject to any additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer, are not combinable with other offers unless explicitly stated, cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders, and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued by Smiles Fashion at any time. Coupons have no cash value and are void where prohibited.

Gift Cards

If offered, gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, do not expire, and can be applied toward the purchase of merchandise plus applicable shipping. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced unless proof of original purchase is provided.

Product Reviews Are Genuine

All product reviews displayed on our site are submitted by customers who have purchased the item and are subject to moderation before publication. We do not fabricate reviews, purchase fake reviews, or remove genuine negative reviews except where they violate our content guidelines (spam, offensive language, or content unrelated to the product).

No Waiver
